Crown Her With Confidence began where most meaningful things do, at the intersection of purpose and need.
With over 30 years as a licensed cosmetologist and certified cranial prosthesis specialist, founder Alita Terry had long been dedicated to helping women feel their most confident selves.
But over time, she saw a pattern.
Clients who could afford her services began referring others who couldn't; women and children who wanted help were frequently turned away by insurance companies that denied their claims for hair loss and restoration services.
Crown Her With Confidence was founded to close that gap. To say to every woman and child facing medical hair loss: you are seen, you deserve to feel beautiful, and you are not alone.
